INGREDIENTS:

For Chicken Salad

1 Rotisserie Chicken (shredded) 

Celery (I use a bunch)

Paleo Mayo (https://goo.gl/NPVgR7)

Avocados (however many you desire)

1 Lemon

Lettuce Wraps

This will take you no time.  Shred your rotisserie chicken up and put it into a mixing bowl.  Add a few scoops of the Paleo Mayo (https://goo.gl/NPVgR7).  For the mayo, you put how much you desire.  I try to not go too crazy.  

Chop up your celery and add it in for a crunch.  That is it!  Put it in a lettuce wrap and top with avocados.  

Boom! Eat it and enjoy!
