Hey there!

Try this out.  It is a great workout to get your heart rate up and work on some gymnastics as well.  Watch your grip on this one.  Coming off of the toes to bar and going straight for the kettlebells could be a doozy.  There isn’t much to say on the bike.  Keep your RPMs up but don’t smoke yourself.  Power the arms and legs at the same time.

Go hard and get it done.
