Try these weighted reverse lunges. If you aren’t ready for weight yet, then unweighted is perfectly fine as well! These are great for booty gains so what are you waiting for???
If you are holding a weight, a kettlebell is preferable. I like to hold it by the base of the kettlebell and create a shelf at chest level. Be sure to keep a neutral spine and alternate sides!
